Coaching for every stage of your strength journey

From your very first session to a competition platform, every option below is led by a coach who programs, watches your technique and adjusts as you progress.

1-on-1 personal training

Private, fully tailored sessions. We assess where you are, set the goals and coach every rep, with a plan that follows you between sessions.

Small-group strength classes

Capped, coached groups of up to six. All the structure of a program with the energy of training alongside others at your level.

Foundations program

A beginner friendly six week intro that teaches the squat, hinge, press and pull from scratch so you start with real technique and confidence.

Strength & powerlifting coaching

Periodised programming for the squat, bench and deadlift, with meet prep and attempt selection if you want to compete.

Mobility & recovery

Coached mobility and recovery work to keep you moving well, lifting pain free and training consistently for the long haul.

Online & hybrid coaching

A custom program in your pocket with weekly check-ins and video technique reviews, on its own or alongside your in-person sessions.

A real coach beats another generic app

Most gyms hand you a key fob and wish you luck. We do the opposite. Every member is coached by a qualified trainer who writes your program, watches your lifts and changes the plan when your body and your life change.

It is a small, friendly studio, not a meat-market chain. Beginners train next to competitors here, nobody is judged, and progress is the only thing we are interested in.

No confusing sign-up, no pressure. Just a clear path from your first chat to training with a plan that works.

    Come in for a no-obligation chat and movement screen. We get to know your goals, your history and what you want out of training.

    Get your plan

    We build a program around you: the right lifts, the right load and a schedule that fits your week. You will know exactly what to do and why.

    Train with coaching

    Show up and train with a coach in your corner. We track your progress, adjust the plan and keep you moving forward, session after session.

Simple membership, no lock-in

Pick the option that fits how you want to train. All memberships are coach-led, week to week and easy to pause or cancel. Prices in AUD.
